Test case: Property user searched for 7512 McCallum Street and got no results. We have that address in AIS but there's no OPA account associated with it.

The legal description in PhilaDox says:

House # 645 Street Name GATEHOUSE Designation LA A/K/A 7512 MCCALLUM ST 
House # 7512 Street Name MCCALLUM Designation ST A/K/A 645 GATEHOUSE LA

Keeping this here as a placeholder but the work to create these relationships will be done with the E911 staff. We still need to figure out the proper return info for these types of addresses
