We are proud to announce the new and enhanced ACCESS NYC.

• Improved and streamlined eligibility screener
• Ability to email screening results and program guides
• 9 additional programs, for total of 40 programs, providing information on how to apply, what documents are required and how to find additional assistance
• Program guides are written in plain language, at a 5th grade reading level
• New map featuring office locations and community-based organizations
• Mobile-friendly and accessible via screen readers
• User-tested with case workers, benefits navigators, City agencies, and New Yorkers seeking assistance
• Website code is open source
