Union contracts state that union employees will receive a pay raise after certain anniversaries. These are based on the length of time employed and are not tied to a calendar year.

This condition will result in a split pay scenario in a single pay period.

It sounds like HR may send an email to supervisors alerting the anniversary. This information may be available in NWS.

Currently, the only way to handle this will be a manual exception during payroll processing. It will be helpful to explore ways to represent this in the data exported from timetrack.
