We might want to separate the display of direct reports and staff members where an approver serves as a backup approver. In my case RR should be at the top with a separation and visual distinction for the other managers.

Handed this off (the actual paper suggestion) to @sibow for a future enhancement, as I'm not sure how the iterator for user roles can be meaningfully constructed towards this goal.
