Drupal 9 is now end-of-life as of November 1. We need to uprade our site to Drupal 10.

jquery.ui.autocomplete was deprecated in 9.0 and removed in 10.0. node--809--full.html.twig is still trying to use autocomplete

Waivers: disable jQuery UI

The waiver form was written using jQuery UI Autocomplete.  jQuery UI is dead and longer supported.  The javascript for this form will need to be rewritten.
