Does not include UCS system-wide configuration #2

I am wondering if it is in the roadmap, or likely that UCS configuration will ever be apart of this module.

This could include settings such as:
dial home
ntp
time zone
SNMP
Syslog
ssh/telnet
dns
https ciphers

These are settings that every UCS domain needs, and it would be much appreciated to set and enforce them via puppet.
