TaskbarX breaks after hibernate if I do no reopen it with administrator mode - Resets also settings and blur can't be reapplied #401

.NET Framework 4.8 installed: Yes
Any Antivirus software: No
Any other third-party taskbar tweakers: No
Is there a way i can reproduce: Go in hibernate and wake up machine
What are your taskbar settings? Standard, only blur is on with color, but it seems to reset everytime after this happens...
What says the error message if you got any? None, only event viewer see below:

came across this exact same issue. not in the same method, but same error code (0xe0434352)

To be able to focus on major/current bugs I had to close all issues. The issues section has gotten very messy to a point that I couldn't follow it anymore. Most issues are duplicates, very old or are already fixed/solved. Feel free to reopen this issue if you still have this issue on the latest version of TaskbarX to get my attention.
