[Suggestion]: Config To Disable Redstone Couples & Villagers #40

As the title suggests, a config that we can disable Redstone can actually open coupled doors.

Same goes for villagers that opening coupled doors, a config would be nice.

Also when i give redstone from this side, only one opens, but when given on the other side, it double opens, i think thats a bug.
