[1.7.10]minecraft crashing with exit code:0 if NEI is installed (not even initialized)

the game instantly crashes upon launch the Minecraft window doesn't even open and the launcher pops up with exit code:0 error
these only 4 mods were installed:
CodeChickenLib-1.7.10-1.1.3.138-universal
NotEnoughItems-1.7.10-1.0.5.120-universal
OpenEye-1.7.10-0.8
OptiFine_1.7.10_HD_U_E7
also,folder 1.7.10 exists with CodeChickenLib-1.7.10-1.1.3.138-universal in it
the only log file generated:

Hi, just reinstall NEI, but add CodeChickenCore at mods folder. CodeChickenCore link: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/codechickencore

I have the LOTR, NEI LOTR plugin that acts like a mod I also have, NEI LOTR recipe handler and NEI installed and for some reason when I install Not enough items it keeps crashing my game.
anyone know why?
