Confirmation dialog for moderation buttons

Sometimes I would like an additional confirmation when running moderation actions through the inline button to prevent miss click. This is especially useful when executing actions like banning or sending a shoutout, where the consequences of a miss click is more severe.

I've made a quick mockup of what it could look like:

Users can opt into additional confirmation in a new "Show confirmation" tab in the moderation settings.

After pushing the button of which the user has opted in for additional confirmation, a dialog containing the command that's about to be executed and a "Confirm" button shows. The user can then either confirm the action by clicking the confirm button or dismiss the dialog, therefore abandoning the action by clicking away.

Thanks for the work on chatterino. If this feature is indeed feasible I would love to contribute further to it!
