Migrate Oasis prod validator

The Oasis upgrade just took on a new sense of urgency.

The disk on the current validator is 95% full.

I added your key and info to our shared collaboration space.

So please migrate the current validator (on DO) to an 8 GB instance on Hetzner cloud w/the biggest disk you can add, up to 500GB.

Please be sure to back-up relevant keys too. Kaustubh at Vitwit can help, he's very familiar.
