Recommendation on tagging tools

really nice work on MatBERT-NER!

I am thinking to develop a dataset in one of my domain thus, i would like ask you which are tagging tools you recommend in order to have dataset-ready for this MatBERT-NER workflow?

Hi! We used and would recommend prodigy https://prodi.gy/ to create NLP data sets.

Edit: sorry I mistakenly thought this question is for the MatBERT model. I don’t know exactly which tool is used for this repo. so @walkernr feel free to add here.

Hello, I am a beginner in named entity recognition. I have a small question about the predict_script.py file. I want to know what form the data in example.json is stored in? Does the file input for prediction have to be a json file?
