Create a plugin for Netbeans which allows users to, at a minimum, upload a local file from Netbeans to a specific Gradel problem, run the problem on Gradel, and give the user output in Netbeans from Gradel.

Stretch Goals: Allow pulling of template code to Netbeans from targeted Gradel problem. Allow usage with contest. Pull test cases as well.
