Config to only allow calls while you're holding the phone.

Describe the feature

I'd like a config option that makes it so when you put the phone away back in your pocket or whatever, it hangs the call up. The phone is too strong early game in my modpack and I'd like it balanced that way.

This feature is very much needed for balancing.
Why would anyone need a walkie talkie if they have a free phone that takes up no slot.
