Write up Together project for gitcoin grants

We fit pretty well into the gitcoin grants criteria. We just need someone who can find the right way to hype the message. This one would be a matter of working pretty closely with @utunga maybe sorting out some of the background story etc.

Acceptance criteria

• Research some of the previous successful gitcoin grants and get a sense of what the standard required is.
• Put together some draft content
• Make sure our opencollective.com page is up to date
• Post to the gitcoin grants forum
