Add documentation about how to use indexers to find p2sh contracts #236

If there are many instances of your contracts deployed with different p2sh constructor params it becomes a problem of how to keep track of them.

Given that this is a general difficulty with smart contracts on BCH we should add a guide to the documentation of the differnt olutions/strategy.

This way developers can easily learn this info just from the docs.
