Research how to render static images w/o stitching tiles

We replicated the abaculus' approach to rendering static images (previews), that means, request involved tiles, stitch them into one image and crop the boundaries. Possibly, Mapnik can render the static image directly w/o needed to calculate the involved tiles and render each one of them.
