newick format for exported tree

Hello,

Thank you for this nice tool (very easy to install that's great !). I tried to use this tool on quite a large tree >1000 leaves and the pdf format is not very handy for such trees. I saw you were using ete3 for the annotation so could you just export the tree with the etiquettes in a newick format? That would be great, thanks!
