I have troubles with using the soft PCOC in my reasearch. Analysis could be completed successfully by using the dataset from (Besnard et al., 2009) used in the PCOC paper.However, when I used my own dataset, I encoutered the followig error message:
"SequenceNotFoundException: VectorSiteContainer::getSequencePosition().(Amborella1)"
I checked my sequence alignment, but did not find the reason.My sequence is a fasta file.
