Integrate CF Pro middleware for auth

Use the same authentication system as the anti-spam app. This means all requests are authorized as CF Pro, so the request goes to CF Pro and proxies it to this app.

But keep in mind we will probably want to switch to the direct authentication later, but that's just going to be modifying the middleware config if we handle this correctly.
