Not sure if this is the right repo to raise the issue but changing font settings for plasma have no effect whatsoever. I tried in both X11 and Wayland sessions with same result.

What additional files affect font settings in CachyOS? I have multiple KDE Plasma distributions on my laptop but am seeing this behaviour only in CachyOS.

UPDATE: I notice that changing font size affects GTK apps but not KDE :)

Ok, I looked at various config files and it appears Qt5 settings override KDE/Plasma ones. How can I change this behaviour i.e. turn off Qt5 settings preference over KDE?

Well, we can create a symlink /etc/conf.d/10-sub-pixel-rgb.conf for better font rendering. But otherwise, I don't think it's related to CachyOS-Settings, more to https://github.com/CachyOS/cachyos-kde-settings
