USB backup doesn't work as intended

i was trying to backup boot0 and boot0 but when connection was established i only get window what says that if i like to format E drive i tried emummc raw but it was same thing idk why it does not work because i need that option since i only can have space free up to 59 GB even NxNandManager doesn't work either
