기존의 코드에서는 학생 계정에서 과제 작성 중 과제가 마감되면 권한이 없다는 오류가 발생하면서 더이상 과제를 진행할 수 없었음.
현재 코드에서도 마감 시간 이후까지 과제를 작성하는 것은 막을 수 있으나, 권한이 없다는 오류 대신 안내 메세지를 출력하는 것이 좋겠음.
