User cancel its order from the order details page

As a User I want to cancel the order so that the equipment will become available for the previously booked period

User is on the Order details page
When user clicks on "Отменить заявку" button
Then confirmation window appears
If user confirms cancellation
Then the order becomes cancelled
And change status to...

Do cancel means delete or just cancel and storing it internally with cancelled status?
