Describe the bug
The Help window of the App cannot be opened by either command line or menu button.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Launch 'QuickDocs.jar'
Type "Help" command or click on "Help Menu button".
Screen says "Opened help window", no window opens.

Expected behavior
Help window opens
