[FEAT] Add Dialog on Survey Completion

Summary

• On survey completion, we should so a Dialog similar to others we currently have saying something like "Thanks for completing a survey!"

@AdhamAH - hi! I'm sorry I took on a freelance gig and haven't been able to spend any time with CoronaTracker in the past 1.5 weeks.
I was though in fact struggling with figuring out the redux aspect and the reload. if you're available tomorrow I could use a hand or if it's better to reassign it to someone I understand. LMK what works best!
