[FEAT] Build out POC CVS locator using Mapbox

Summary

Using Mapbox (this tutorial may help), build out a basic CVS store locator so that we can validate we have the proper functionality, and we can expand our mapping feature off of this.

• Locate the user (do not store this information anywhere, as right now we do not track users' location)
• Show all CVS locations nearby the user (pick a radius which makes sense to you)
• Remove the "Check out the map, coming soon" text - as we're now looking to implement this feature

Motivation

This will likely be a bigger undertaking, if you currently have another issue or a decent amount of time to devote to this, I would suggest not picking this up

We want to have a resource locator ready to go by the time we release the app, and this will be a great start to get going on that.
