好的系統應該多多推廣XD

工作流在志願者填寫後，可由任務發起人做資格/ 人員審核、行前/工作前訓練或是統一由特定組別進行志工基本教育

可以提出志工職涯建議
例如：

新進志工 -> 庶務、場務
專項技能攝影、設計跨社群推薦
在非特定會期進行工作推薦
