As COSCUP sees increasing participation from international partners, it is suggested to present your slides in English content. Even if you deliver your presentation in Chinese or any other language on-site, presenting in English can lower the participation barrier for international partners. Of course, we also highly encourage setting a personal challenge to present in English. **COSCUP is just a small stage for practice, hoping to provide you with opportunities to speak at international conferences in the future!**

#### General Guidelines for Colorblind-Friendly Presentations

1. Use High Contrast: Ensure there is a high contrast or high light-dark contrast between text and background. Avoid using light text on a light background or dark text on a dark background.
2. Avoid Reliance on Color Alone: Distinguish content by using separators and borders between color blocks. In addition to colors, utilize lines, patterns, shapes, or text to convey information.
3. Use Colorblind-Friendly Palettes: Implement color schemes that are distinguishable for individuals with colorblindness. Tools such as [ColorBrewer](https://colorbrewer2.org/#type=sequential&scheme=BuGn&n=3) can assist in selecting these palettes, or you can refer to the [Color Universal Design (CUD) recommended color set](https://cudo.jp/?page_id=1565).
4. Test Your Presentation: Employ tools and simulators such as [Color Oracle Overview](https://colororacle.org/) or [ColorShark](https://colorshark.io/) to ensure your materials are accessible to individuals with colourblindness.
