Historical BAA Roles?

Open Question: Should we have a functionality similar to the sweepstakes committee functionality to track roles in the BAA over time?

(Note that BAA tenures are 2 years, and don't all get elected at once, but this could still be handled on a per-year basis).

Would require updates to person page at the very least, and possibly a new view that is similar to the current sweepstakes view to show the entire group by year.
