This issue list the improvement to do on tests

use the same semantic as the rest of the tests to name the tests for the SnasphotModule
deploymentUtils: use constant for the arguments inside the constructor/function initialize
Implement a test to transfer admininship and the different rights to another account
improve deployment performed at deployment
