Releases: CIRDLES/ET_Redux
v3.6.9
v3.6.8
This release adds a new feature to both the normal and live modes that greys-out lines in the report table when the corresponding fraction (excluding reference materials) is filtered out by the sliders on the sample date interpretations manager's probability density tab. A clear filters button is added as well. Further refinements to the look and feel are made to various managers.
v3.6.7
This release addresses a number of issues.
Probability density plot histograms in probability density plot are now working properly (see issue #114), but we are not addressing issue #113 for opening probability density plots with older versions of Illustrator.
Legacy importing issues are fixed per issue #111. For issue #115 about uploading legacy data to Geochron, currently opening the aliquot manager and then the publishing tab will allow for interaction and uploading to Geochron (production, not test mode). However, the user currently has to get an IGSN from SESAR independently. We will provide the same seamless interface as we have for LA ICP MS data processing in a later release. The plan is to provide that functionality when we move the LA ICP MS registration and uploading from test to production.
This release also improves the handling of LA ICP MS lead. Previously, bad lead 204 acquisitions turned off all ratios associated with that acquisition. Now, only ratios with 204 in the denominator are affected. A side-effect is that correlation coefficients (rho) are now calculated in all cases.
Issue #110 asked for a way to group fractions for selection into weighted means. This is addressed partially with a new menu item for sample dates under weighted means that toggles sorting the fractions in a weighted mean by date ascending in the left hand panel. Further work on designing the appropriate user interface is requested for a future issue after evaluation of this enhancement.
v3.6.6
v3.6.5
v3.6.4
This release fixes some minor bugs and provides a first pass at solving the analog correction problem of the Element II at Laserchron. Uploading Concordia and PDFs is now enabled for project interface with Geochron.org. Anticipate another release in a day or two once @noahmclean provides the next step in analog correction.
v3.6.3
This release attempts to address some windows (vs mac) GUI issues reported by @AZlaserchron.
v3.6.2
v3.6.1
This release implements a feature to allow LAICPMS users to seamlessly interact with Sesar and Geochron.
@AZlaserchron will review and suggest improvements.
v3.6.0
Closes #95 with a "toggle session views" button on live data manager. CLoses #94 with solutions to all the requests. One proviso is that Windows renders the dialogs differently than MacOS, so it may take some more iterations to get everyone happy with min/max. ET_Redux now detects secondary reference materials that are known to be in use by Laserchron and drops them from the pdf view as requested.
Also, some beta studies of TRA included for Santa Barbara.
