I'd like to be able to look at my Ramen page and see which packages have already been installed. Perhaps a checkmark next to each installed item and the installation location of the package?

I'm not opposed to the feature. I think if we did this (track installations in a file, or something) then your other ER for uninstall would be easier, too. Would this make any attempt to find stuff that pre-dated Ramen's installation? So if you already have MXUnit, and you install Ramen, should Ramen try to detect that MXUnit's already there?
TBH I'm really hoping Foundry takes off and Ramen can die a quiet death. ;)
