Very slow CI (unexplained by local experiments or CI benchmarks) has been found #569 . The trigger experiment #574 finds that this originates with bumping to DPPL 0.32.

It may be that this is fixed by coordinating a move to the latest version. Or it may be due to us having @submodel everywhere. (Or some other reason).
