Make URL redirect to work with activity dashboard

As a follow up of #251, the PR #255 currently only works with issues viewer. The URL redirect feature should work with activity dashboard as well.

There are a few things to take note:

1. When switching between issues viewer and activity dashboard, the query parameters should be preserved.
2. In activity dashboard, when switching between repo, the query parameters should change.
