non stop refreshing and redirect to 5 seconds pages with 503 error #90

I run my server, with master switch off everything for my server work fine but with enable the script my website refresh non stop after 5 second and show that page again and again, in network tab of dev tools, error 503 returned, I changed nothing yet in the script
