Issue Title: Litellm Engine Benchmark

Description

  • Feature Description: Implement a benchmarking module for the Litellm engine to measure its performance across different models and configurations.

  • **Use Case: Benchmarking is essential to validate the Litellm engine’s efficiency and scalability. It enables the team to recommend clusters for litellm deployment based upon concurrency, input and output tokens.
