Describe the bug

See BranchMetrics/ios-branch-deep-linking-attribution#1207.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch app linked with version 9.0.0 on iOS < 13.
  2. Watch it crash on launch due to missing symbols.

Expected behavior

Doesn't crash.

SDK Version

9.0.0

Make and Model

iPhone 6S

OS

iOS 12.4

Additional Information/Context

Please yell at the ios branch sdk maintainers to fix this trivial issue that has been open for over a year (or patch it yourself) and push an update so branch can stop crashing on < iOS 13.
