Updated header according to suggestions from checklist
Changed "Submit a project!" to "I want to register !"
Changes "What's" to "What is"
deleted some periods that were too much
Deleted "Brainhack Donosti" from in front of each member's position
Deleted a space between Brain and Hack, and changed the email from bhg-donostia to info-bhg-donostia
Corrected Cesar's group

made the text about previous editions more cohesive by only mentioning Chairs and Team
Modified both the structure and content of the text to add hyperlink, break lines, change content and make it easier to modify in the future (hopefully)
