Worked on first host, but then moved to another host and stopped working.

No js errors in console.

@bwmarkle do you have any further information / replication steps? Environment / monitor settings?

This looks like a hosting issue. User is using Lightspeed instead of Apache for their webserver, as well as a CDN, and between the CDN / Lightspeed configuration, something is 'optimizing' the webfonts.png file, changing it's overall resolution, which is breaking the background-position offsets.
