Describe the bug
Unable to drag column widths when in certain views when editor is at a specific size

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to any page and edit it
Select 'large view' and resize your screen or zoom in until the editor element is between 1230px and 1270px wide.
