No. SwingJS is "HTMLLookAndFeel". That is, it is using browser-based
inputs, file dialogs, and CSS. In principle, you could do some
customization by adapting swingjs/plaf/HTML5LookAndFeel, but I don't
recommend it, unless you are fixing bugs!
