Is there a way to specify right vs left mouse button drag? Additionally scroll wheel up or down?

No, dd initiates a left-button drag.

Just out of curiosity: in which application(s) are right-button drags used?

Hi, I need this feature as well.
It's really interesting. For me, I want to simulate mouse gestures with the help of cliclick, which are often set up with a right-click drag. For example, in a browser, dragging the right mouse button in a down and right motion indicates the command of "close current tab".

Many applications use right-button drag.
For example unity, roblox etc...
This is very useful feature!

I've faced it now. This is stop me to use cliclick for now. But it is a great tool!!
Hope you'll add this feature!
Thank you a lot!
