More advanced .ical files for testing

Currently, we only have a few very basic .ical files to test against.
In order to improve the reliability of the import and export features, we need more test data.

What we are looking for are some more advanced .ical files that contain alarms, todos and repeating events. Optionally created by different applications, like Outlook, Mac Calendar apps and Thunderbird (read: not only Google Calendar). Be creative!

Your task would be to create some of these .ical files and post them here. You can also create a pull request where you have placed the files in the spec/fixtures directory.

Also, please make sure the calendars don't contain any personal data.
