"Updating the CAN Spec" at this point just means moving everything from the doc to a spreadsheet and linking to it in one central place. That way we can introduce new firmware people to CAN by giving them one document with everything in it.

Alternatively, if it's really just a short explanation and some links, we can move those docs to this repository's README
