Description:
Empty notification message is displayed when errors appears in requests to openAi

Steps to reproduce:

  1. change open ai key in env to invalid
  2. restart backend
  3. go to chat page and send a message to any chat

Actual Result:

empty notification is shown

Expected Result:

user should see meaningful error message
