The user registered as Talent can open the page “Profile” before filling in and saving mandatory personal information

Preconditions:
Open http://bsa-talents.us-east-1.elasticbeanstalk.com/sign-up
Sign Up with valid data

Environment:
OS - Windows
Browser - Google Chrome
Version - 116.0.5845.142

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the user's avatar
2. Choose “Profile”
3. Pay attention that the user is redirected to the “Profile” page

Actual Result:
The user registered as Talent can open the page “Profile” before filling in and saving mandatory personal information

Expected Result:
The user receives the validation error message about necessary to fill in mandatory personal information
