Prestashop module at times includes neither moms nor delivery adress.

We have a merchant that has lodged complaints that he got paid 695.00 instead of what prestashop listed as 563.80 which is the original amount without the moms. Similarly did it not include the delivery adress that should be the same as the invoice adress.
