minting an adventurer without starter weapon shouldn't be allowed by contract #360

Currently you can mint an adventurer directly from the contract without a starting weapon. This adventurer however won't be able to explore because it doesn't have a weapon and it can't buy a weapon because it's on level 1 and you need to be on level 2 to access shop
