[BUG] Game crash when attempting to use outpost planner #5

When trying in any way to plan an outpost (both small and large ore patches) the game crashes with this error: link

Planner settings: link

Factorio version: 0.18.28
Mods (versions might be inaccurate, like Angel's and MadClown's mods. All are upgraded to the latest version): link
